Evolution Spas Warranty

Evolution Spas are required to pass through more than 100 quality-assurance checkpoints, which is a rigorous quality control inspection and includes a minimum 4-hour water test. Hence, we are proud to offer an extensive list of warranty on your Evolution Spas hot tub, to ensure your spa can be enjoyed for many years to come.

10 Years

Spa Shell

All Evolutions Spas have a 10 year warranty against water loss that occurs through the spa shell.

5 Years

Shell Surface

5 year warranty against the shell surface cracking, blistering, discolouration, or delaminating.

2 Years

Spa Equipment

2 year warranty for electrical components including pump, heater, ozonator, control system, or air blower.

2 Years

Plumbing

2 year warranty against loss of water from any factory-installed plumbing or filtration systems

5 Years

Spa Cabinet

5 year warranty against warping, cracking, or peeling due to defects in materials and/or workmanship.

2 Years

Authorized Labor

2 year warranty for labor related to the service or repair of any item under warranty.

1 Year

Replacement Only

1 year warranty for replacement of accessories (where applicable): Including jet caps, pillows, sound system and spa cover.

Please see your warranty guide for additional information and exclusions. The warranty described above ceases to apply for any spa that has been relocated from the original delivery address. Lack of proper spa maintenance and/or any indication of abuse will nullify the warranty.

Evolution Spas warrants the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s shell against water loss through the spa shell as a result of defects in material or workmanship for 10 years. This warranty does NOT cover damage due to abuse, vandalism, or acts of nature.

5 Years

Shell Surface

Evolution Spas warrants the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s surface against cracking, blistering, discoloration, or delaminating as a result of defects in material or workmanship for 5 years. This warranty does NOT cover damage due to abuse, vandalism, or acts of nature.

Spa Cabinet

Evolution Spas warrants the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s surface against warping, cracking, or peeling as a result of defects in material or workmanship for 5 years.

2 Years

Spa Equipment

Evolution Spas warrants the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s plumbing against loss of water from any factory-installed plumbing or filtration systems as a result of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years parts and 2 years labor. Evolution Spas warrants the original retail purchaser the integrity of the spa’s electrical components including pump, heater, ozonator, control system, or air blower to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years parts and 2 years labor.
